In addition to my other research, I also work on the following data-driven side projects:

 

YourMorals.Org. Why do people disagree so passionately about what is right and wrong? Why, in particular, is there such hostility and incomprehension between members of different political parties? At this research and public education web site, over 800,000 registered users have filled out surveys to help us answer these questions. Along with Jonathan Haidt, Jesse Graham, Pete Ditto, Ravi Iyer, Sena Koleva, and Matt Motyl, we developed this research platform to provide users with immediate, personalized feedback on every study, quiz, and survey. 

 

BeyondThePurchase.Org. Can money buy happiness? And if so, how? At this survey-based research and public education web site, we (along with Ryan Howell, Ravi Iyer, and others) collect survey data about users' personality characteristics, behavioral tendencies, and purchasing habits, and we provide personalized feedback relating these attributes to the enhancement of human happiness.
